I currently lead the Applied AI team @ Retro, applying AI to cell reprogramming and protein engineering for longevity. With OpenAI, we built GPT-4b micro, a protein language model that increased stem cell reprogramming efficiency 50x.
Before that, I built up the computational infrastructure at Talus Bioscience as its first employee, went through Entrepreneur First, co-founded a computer-vision startup, and studied computer science in Germany.
